The trade fair for professional cutting technology: Already top-class registrations for the Cutting World 2020

Old and new exhibitors honour further development of the event

The Cutting World celebrated its premiere at Messe Essen in 2018. Now the young trade fair for professional cutting technology is taking the next step. From 28 to 30 April 2020, it will offer a comprehensive range of products and services in the field of cutting technology. In addition to new facilities, exhibitors will also benefit from attractive extra services. Well-known companies have already registered for the upcoming trade fair edition.
These include Air Liquide Deutschland, BKE, NUM, STM Waterjet, IHT Automation and Yamazaki Mazak Deutschland. The positive registration status reflects the good mood of the already registered companies. "Mazak is a specialist in laser cutting. So there is no question that we will be showing our latest laser cutting technology at the Cutting World. We offer the unique possibility to cut with the direct diode laser and we present the resulting possibilities and advantages to the professional audience. Exactly this audience will meet in Essen during the Cutting Congress and we are already looking forward to it", says Sascha Fritze, Business Unit Manager Laser at Yamazaki Mazak Deutschland GmbH. Kurt Nachbargauer, Managing Director of IHT Automation, adds: "The Cutting World is the best opportunity for IHT Automation to meet users of our systems and talk to them about their needs".

From 2020: Additional services for exhibitors

Many exhibitors are especially pleased with the numerous additional services. The Cutting World is moving into the spacious Hall 8. In future, exhibitors and visitors will be welcomed by the new, light-flooded glass foyer, which sets new standards after the modernisation of Messe Essen. The Cutting Congress will take place directly adjacent in the new Congress Center East. Short distances and attractive stands are guaranteed.

Exhibitors benefit from additional services compared to the previous event. "It is the wish of the industry that the Cutting World is more than just a presentation platform for innovative cutting technology. Companies in a spirit of optimism need a suitable venue for networking and professional exchange. We are therefore planning a get-together on the second day of the fair, and the new premises at Messe Essen provide the ideal setting for this," says Oliver P. Kuhrt, CEO Messe Essen, looking forward to the upcoming event. Exhibitors will also be provided with free admission tickets to support them in customer care and marketing. They will also have the opportunity to attend the cutting congress free of charge. For the visitors, there is also an innovation: Participation in the cutting congress is included in the ticket price for Cutting World.
