Cut or have cut? There is no clear answer to this question. Some companies prefer in-house cutting, others commission contract cutters as external service providers. Those who have others cut for them benefit from clear costs and do not require additional personnel. The prerequisite is that the quality of the parts and the delivery time are correct. At CUTTING WORLD from 28 April to 30 April 2020 at Messe Essen, numerous users will be able to find out about products and trade fair innovations. Contract cutters are also among the exhibitors and visitors at the trade fair.
Florian Matt, Sales Manager of 247TailorSteel, describes the added value of his presence at CUTTING WORLD as follows: "CUTTING WORLD is the ideal platform for 247TailorSteel to offer the trade public an optimum cutting solution for their needs. At the same time, we can also get in touch with other exhibitors whose machines we use and prepare our new investments". Sascha Fritze, Business Unit Manager Laser, Yamazaki Mazak Germany, is also looking forward to these discussions: "Our machines are not only very popular with OEMs, but also with SMEs and are very popular. Mazak is at home with small and medium-sized companies. The topic of contract cutting is of great importance for Mazak. The flexibility and ease of operation of our machines is particularly outstanding in these companies. We are looking forward to CUTTING WORLD in order to talk to the industry and present our products."
Frank Panzer from Panzer Drehtechnik GmbH in Plettenberg will visit CUTTING WORLD. The manufacturer of turned parts, milled turned parts and assemblies owns a plasma cutting system and six automatic saws. For individual requirements in the field of plasma cutting, however, he also places orders in contract manufacturing. "We expect CUTTING WORLD to provide us with answers to the question of which parts we will continue to cut ourselves in the future and where it is more economical to use the service of a contract manufacturer," says Panzer.
Exhibitors who wish to present their machines or services to the trade public have until November 30, 2019 to register for CUTTING WORLD 2020. The registration documents are available online .
